- Is this a subscription?
- No. Plus and Pro are one-time payments for six months of access during an application season. Nothing renews automatically.
- Who can buy a plan?
- An adult can buy a plan for their own account. A parent or legal guardian can be the buyer at checkout, from the student's account. You confirm which applies at checkout. Separate parent accounts and parent billing are not offered yet.
- Can I get a refund?
- You can request a full refund within seven calendar days of payment, for any reason, as long as you have not used an Essay AI feature (essay review, feedback, or scoring) on that plan. Using one ends the seven-day refund for that purchase. To ask, email support@commit.ac from your account address. The refund policy has the full terms, including duplicate charges and service interruptions.
- What does “Not yet available” mean?
- The feature is part of the plan but is not live today. A purchase does not include it until it is released, and COMMIT does not promise a release date.
