Parent data notice 2026-08-24.parent-data-v1. Family sharing is optional. A student must grant the current Parent-data purpose and choose each category for each relationship before a parent can see it. The default sharing set is limited to application, recommendation, payment-status, and deadline progress. Decision results, exact payment amounts, cost estimates, and admission tiers stay off unless the student separately turns them on. The student can pause or revoke a relationship at any time.

To route a family request, COMMIT normalizes the recipient email or student code in server memory and stores only a versioned HMAC reference. The raw target is not sent to database RPCs, written to COMMIT logs, or returned in API responses. For an email invitation, the delivery provider necessarily receives the recipient address for that delivery. Invitation and consent records use append-only, minimized audit metadata. A parent may submit coarse pre-decision progress updates; COMMIT labels those updates as parent-reported and does not turn them into an admission decision.

가족 요청 전달을 위해 COMMIT은 수신자 이메일 또는 학생 코드를 서버 메모리에서 정규화하고 버전이 있는 HMAC 참조값만 저장합니다. 원본 대상 정보는 데이터베이스 RPC로 보내거나 COMMIT 로그에 기록하거나 API 응답으로 반환하지 않습니다. 이메일 초대를 보낼 때에는 발송 제공업체가 해당 발송을 위해 수신자 주소를 처리합니다. 초대 및 동의 기록에는 최소화된 변경 불가 감사 메타데이터만 사용합니다. 부모는 합격 결정 전의 단순 진행 상태를 입력할 수 있으며, COMMIT은 이를 부모가 입력한 정보로 표시하고 합격 결과로 취급하지 않습니다.

Essential and optional processing · 필수 처리와 선택 처리

Sign-in, account security, fraud prevention, eligibility checks, and saving requested workspace data are essential. Product analytics, session replay, research, marketing, AI processing, overseas transfer, and extension telemetry each require a separate current choice. Missing, expired, denied, or withdrawn choices mean that optional path stays off.

로그인, 계정 보안, 사기 방지, 자격 확인 및 요청한 작업 저장은 필수 처리입니다. 제품 분석, 세션 재생, 연구, 마케팅, AI 처리, 국외 이전 및 확장 프로그램 원격 측정은 각각 별도의 최신 선택이 필요합니다. 선택이 없거나 만료·거부·철회된 경우 해당 선택적 경로는 꺼진 상태로 유지됩니다.

A choice also cannot activate a runtime marked unavailable. Session replay, research, provider-backed AI processing, and overseas transfer are blocked in this build. Browser-side analytics is disabled; authenticated product analytics stores only an allowlisted, minimized event after the exact database grant. Marketing attribution additionally requires its own current grant.

AI and sensitive documents · AI 및 민감 문서

Provider-backed essay processing and financial-document extraction are unavailable. Do not upload tax forms, Social Security numbers, banking records, identity documents, or medical records. An optional checkbox alone does not activate a provider.

Payments · 결제

When you buy a paid plan, Creem, the merchant of record, collects and processes payment-card and billing-address data under its own privacy notice. COMMIT receives only limited provider identifiers, product and amount fields, currency, payment/refund/dispute status, accepted policy versions, your purchaser statement (adult or guardian), timestamps, and release/catalog digests needed for access, receipts, reconciliation, fraud prevention, support, and legal records. COMMIT does not receive or store a full card number.

유료 요금제를 구매하면 판매자(merchant of record)인 Creem이 자체 개인정보 고지에 따라 결제 카드 및 청구지 주소 정보를 수집·처리합니다. COMMIT은 이용 권한, 영수증, 대사, 사기 방지, 지원 및 법적 기록에 필요한 제한된 제공업체 식별자, 상품·금액·통화, 결제·환불·분쟁 상태, 동의한 정책 버전, 구매자 진술(성인 또는 보호자), 타임스탬프 및 출시·카탈로그 해시만 수신합니다. COMMIT은 전체 카드 번호를 수신하거나 저장하지 않습니다.

Signed-in devices · 로그인 기기

A COMMIT account is for one person. To keep it that way, COMMIT records, for each signed-in device, its type (phone, tablet, or computer, read from your browser’s request headers), a sign-in session identifier, and when it was first and last used. COMMIT does not fingerprint devices. Signing in on a second device of the same type ends the earlier session. You can see and sign out your devices in Settings.

COMMIT 계정은 한 사람을 위한 것입니다. 이를 위해 로그인한 기기마다 기기 유형(휴대폰·태블릿·컴퓨터, 브라우저 요청 헤더로 판단), 로그인 세션 식별자, 최초·최근 사용 시각을 기록합니다. 기기 지문(fingerprint)은 수집하지 않습니다. 같은 유형의 다른 기기로 로그인하면 이전 세션이 종료됩니다. 설정에서 기기 목록을 확인하고 로그아웃할 수 있습니다.

Browser extension · 브라우저 확장 프로그램

Optional extension telemetry has its own version and choice. Without the exact current grant, the database denies a telemetry capability. Withdrawing revokes active telemetry capabilities and queues downstream deletion. Store identity, portal approval, and end-to-end validation remain separate release requirements.

선택적 확장 프로그램 원격 측정에는 별도 버전과 선택이 적용됩니다. 정확한 최신 동의가 없으면 데이터베이스가 원격 측정 권한 발급을 거부합니다. 철회 시 활성 권한을 폐기하고 하위 시스템 삭제를 대기열에 등록합니다. 스토어 신원, 포털 승인 및 종단 간 검증은 별도의 출시 요건입니다.
