Merchant of record and support

Plans are sold by Creem, the merchant of record, for COMMIT. Creem processes payment, collects and remits any tax, and issues your receipt. For help with your plan, email support@commit.ac.

Plans

• Plus: $49, one-time.
• Pro: $99, one-time.

Each plan provides 183 days of access to the features listed on the pricing page. Plans do not renew automatically, and nothing is charged again unless you buy another plan.

A detailed school is any school on your college list. Removing a school from the list frees its place. When a plan ends, schools already on your list stay, and adding another needs room under the plan you have then.

Features marked “Not yet available” on the pricing page are not live today. A purchase does not include them until they are released, and COMMIT does not promise a release date.

Who can buy

The purchaser must be of legal age to enter a contract, or a parent or legal guardian buying for a student. At checkout you confirm which applies, and COMMIT records that statement with the version of these terms. It is a self-declaration, not identity verification.

One person, one account

A plan is for one person and may not be shared. An account can stay signed in on one phone, one tablet, and one computer at a time. Signing in on another device of the same type signs the previous device out, and you can sign devices out from Settings.

When access starts

Access begins after Creem’s signature-verified payment event is matched to the same account and plan. A checkout link on its own does not grant access.

Decision-support limits

Admission prediction is qualitative decision support based on incomplete and changing data. It is not a personal admission probability, guarantee, ranking, professional counseling opinion, or decision by a college. Colleges control their own criteria and decisions.

Availability and safety pause

COMMIT may pause a feature when data-quality, security, legal, or abuse controls fail. A pause does not authorize unsupported output. If COMMIT cannot provide the plan you bought, the remedy is handled under the refund policy and any non-waivable rights.

Payment and refunds

COMMIT does not receive or store a full card number. Refund eligibility, request steps, timing, and service-unavailability remedies are in the refund policy. Nothing here limits rights that applicable law does not permit a contract to waive.
